The event brought together 100 employees from Vietnam Airlines and FPT, aged 24-35, at the Hola Park campus in Hoa Lac. During the program, young people experienced the MAYBE application, developed specifically for the event by FPT, which facilitated interaction and open networking. Outdoor activities, interactive emotional stations, and a closing networking program created a fresh, intimate, and more engaging experience compared to traditional networking methods.

The MAYBE event marks an expansion of cooperation between Vietnam Airlines and FPT, from the technology sector to the corporate culture sector. Prior to this, the two parties had collaborated on numerous digital transformation and operational efficiency improvement projects. MAYBE continues to be seen as a practical test in strengthening human connections, considered a crucial element for enhancing collaboration in joint projects, activities, and in a multi-ecosystem work environment.
“Vietnam Airlines has always placed people at the center of its corporate culture development strategy. The MAYBE event, implemented in collaboration with FPT, not only provides an experiential learning opportunity but also allows teams from both sides to better understand each other, collaborate more effectively, and build a sustainable working environment based on respect, openness, and understanding,” said Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines.
FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh shared that FPT and Vietnam Airlines have had a close and affectionate partnership since the 1990s, when FPT was first established. With this deep bond, FPT is eager for the two companies to "marry." The MAYBE program is designed to give FPT employees and partners more opportunities to find common ground, share experiences, and find happiness.

Vietnam Airlines aims to build a work environment where every employee is respected, recognized, and has opportunities for long-term development. In its corporate culture orientation, the airline recognizes that the quality of its human resources comes not only from professional competence but also from the cohesion and cooperative spirit of individuals.
In recent years, Vietnam Airlines has implemented numerous employee-oriented activities, ranging from capacity-building training programs and internal dialogues to cultural and team-building activities. These are crucial elements that contribute to maintaining the company's identity and reinforcing pride in the workplace.
Following the same direction, MAYBE is seen as a new approach to create more space for the young teams of the two companies to interact and understand each other better, thereby effectively supporting the collaboration process. This event demonstrates Vietnam Airlines' efforts to continue building a humane, modern, and cohesive corporate culture.
To develop sustainable human resources, FPT always focuses on building a diverse "common home" encompassing many generations, nationalities, and ethnicities. Persistently on its journey to becoming a "Happy Workplace," FPT creates conditions for employees to learn, develop themselves, advance their long-term careers, and enjoy a happy life that is "materially fulfilling and spiritually enriching" through a series of groundbreaking and distinctive programs and policies such as: the "Secure Housing and Long-Term Commitment" policy supporting employees in purchasing homes and cars; programs and policies for employees' family members, with a particular focus on the FPT Small group; and Parent's Day…
Over the years, FPT has partnered with Vietnam Airlines on numerous key digital transformation projects, significantly contributing to the leading Vietnamese airline's efforts to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance customer experience. The initiative to "pair" young talents from both sides through the MAYBE event not only marks the expansion of cooperation into the cultural sector but also strengthens the long-term strategic partnership between the two companies.
