Sharing after the flag-raising ceremony, Head of Delegation Nguyen Hong Minh said that at this year's Congress, many Vietnamese sports teams are in the process of rejuvenating their forces and transferring generations. Competing with the strongest athletes in the region will help young Vietnamese athletes have the motivation to strive to develop their professional level, gradually shorten the gap, and achieve achievements in further goals such as ASIAD and Olympics.
