HNP - On December 8, the People's Council of Phuc Loc commune, term I, 2021-2026, opened its 3rd session (the last session of 2025). 9 reports of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, People's Council committees and submissions were approved at the session.

Speaking at the opening of the session, Chairman of the People's Council of Phuc Loc Commune, To Van Sang, emphasized that with the motto of innovation, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency, he requested that the People's Council delegates, based on their functions, tasks, and powers, promote the spirit of responsibility, democracy, and intelligence to discuss and contribute many profound, quality, and responsible opinions, contributing to the success of the session.

The reports clearly stated that, inheriting the results of the activities of the Standing Committee of the People's Council of the 5 old communes, immediately after its establishment, the People's Council of Phuc Loc commune focused on directing the resolute improvement of the organizational apparatus; building and promulgating working regulations, assigning tasks, issuing resolutions on socio -economic development, and important tasks of the locality as a basis and premise for the People's Council's activities to ensure quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and smoothness.

Carrying out the socio-economic development tasks, the commune has basically completed the key tasks in 2025, expected to complete 9/11 planned targets. Of which, the state budget revenue in the area is estimated at 8.4 billion VND, reaching 91% of the city's assigned estimate; average income reaches 82.5 million VND/person/year; the commune has no more poor households; there are 188 near-poor households, accounting for 1.26%.

The commune's cultural and social activities have received attention and investment for development; the cultural, artistic, physical training and sports movements have developed strongly; the rate of households achieving the title of cultural family is 96.4%; the quality of education at all levels in the commune has been maintained and achieved high quality; health care and medical examination and treatment for the people have been effectively implemented; social security policies have been ensured; land, traffic, irrigation and environmental management have been implemented; political security and social order and safety have been basically stable, national defense has been maintained...

The People's Council of the commune also spent a lot of time focusing on discussing and pointing out the shortcomings and limitations in implementing the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security in 2025; recommending that the commune pay attention to reviewing agricultural production, intra-field traffic, land management, environmental sanitation; strengthening security and order in the area...
