HNP - On December 8, Minh Chau Commune People's Council held the second session - the regular session at the end of 2025 to review contents under its authority.

In the local socio-economic report for 2025, Vice Chairman of Minh Chau Commune People's Committee Dinh Tuan Anh emphasized that thanks to the drastic and synchronous participation of the entire political system, the joint efforts and consensus of the people, the socio-economic situation of the commune has changed very positively. The total production value of Minh Chau is estimated at 510 billion VND, reaching 100% of the plan, up 9.01% compared to 2024, the average income is 76.7 million VND/person/year.

In the context of the local government operating under a two-tier model, the political system of Minh Chau commune proactively coordinates with the city's departments, branches and units to implement many specific and practical projects and tasks. In 2025, the commune will coordinate to bring bus route 20ATC to the commune center, creating an important connection method between Minh Chau and areas inside and outside the city, contributing to promoting trade, tourism , services, and expanding job opportunities for people.

Another important highlight is that Minh Chau commune has become a pioneer in organizing a health examination and care program for the entire population, with a total of over 4,500 examinations, and at the same time updating the results into the electronic health record system. The cultural and spiritual life of the people continues to be improved; all three levels of education in the area maintain a high rate of mobilizing children and students to attend class; national defense and security are maintained; local military work is seriously deployed; political security and social order and safety in the area are basically stable...

Administrative reform and digital transformation to serve the two-level local government model achieved many outstanding results. In 2025, the commune received and processed 792 administrative procedure files, with an almost absolute rate of correct and early processing; 100% of files were digitized on the city's administrative procedure settlement information system; the online payment rate reached 100%. The commune People's Committee also organized training on digital transformation, applied artificial intelligence, and synchronously deployed a document management system, official emails, online meetings, electronic information pages, fanpages, etc.

The meeting also reviewed, discussed and decided on the contents according to the submission, draft resolution submitted by the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the People's Committee of the commune along with the verification reports: Goals and tasks of socio-economic development, security and defense in 2026; approval of revenue, expenditure and budget allocation estimates for 2026; land use plan for the period 2026-2030; public investment plan for 2026 and list of public investment plans for the period 2026-2030... The meeting also spent a lot of time discussing, questioning and answering questions, focusing on issues of concern to the people...

Closing the meeting, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Commune People's Council Nguyen Duc Tien highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the People's Council delegates, the efforts of the Commune People's Committee, departments, organizations, villages and the support of voters and people of the whole commune. In the period of 2026-2030, Minh Chau needs to continue promoting the results of 2025, especially new models and methods...
