The third session of the People's Council of Phuc Loi ward passed many important resolutions.

HNP - On December 8, the People's Council of Phuc Loi ward (term 2021 - 2026) held the third session, reviewing, discussing and resolving many important contents on socio-economics, national defense - security, budget, public investment and organizational structure.

Attending the meeting were Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Phuc Loi Ward Nguyen The Thach; Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ward Nguyen Xuan Hien; Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the Ward Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang; along with members of the Standing Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee, heads of departments, units and delegates of the People's Council of the ward for the 2021 - 2026 term.

At the meeting, the Ward People's Council listened to and discussed reports and proposals from the People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council; on the basis of high consensus, the People's Council voted to pass 07 resolutions, including: Resolution on socio- economic development tasks, national defense and security in 2026; resolution on budget estimates and allocation; public investment plan; assignment of staffing quotas; promulgation of the Ward People's Council's operating regulations and a number of other important resolutions.

Notably, the report on the results of implementing socio-economic development tasks at the meeting showed that in 2025, Phuc Loi ward achieved many comprehensive results in all fields, the most prominent of which was completing and exceeding 12/12 targets assigned by the City, especially budget revenue reaching 148% of the estimate, creating important resources to implement development tasks.

Trade and service activities remained stable with 143 newly issued business registration certificates. At the same time, the ward organized many large-scale trade promotion events such as the Culture - Trade - Ornamental Plants Week, contributing to promoting products and boosting local consumption.

In the field of basic construction, the ward achieved a disbursement rate of 99% of investment capital, accelerated the progress of school, traffic, and technical infrastructure projects; at the same time, prepared a list of 43 projects for the period 2026 - 2030, affirming its proactiveness in urban development. Urban management work was resolutely implemented, handling 454 cases of urban order violations, dismantling illegal signs and canopies; coordinating to eliminate 04 black spots of waste, contributing to improving the landscape and living environment.

Culture and society continued to flourish, the ward edited and published over 150 news and media articles; successfully organized the Sports Festival with 2,500 participants, achieving high rankings in many City-level subjects. Education and health care work ensured quality: supported boarding meals for 8,524 students, supervised 100% of centralized meals, inspected 126 food safety facilities; prevented major outbreaks. Social security activities were fully, promptly, and in accordance with policies. National defense and security remained stable; the ward proactively and effectively implemented the City's campaigns such as cleaning population data, land data, preventing natural disasters, ensuring absolute safety during the storm season.

These results create a solid foundation for Phuc Loi ward to enter 2026 with new spirit and determination.

Also at the meeting, the People's Council of Phuc Loi Ward dismissed and elected comrade Le Thi Ngoc Anh - Chief of Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of the ward to hold the position of member of the People's Committee of Phuc Loi Ward for the 2021 - 2026 term. This is an important step to meet the increasingly high requirements of the ward in the new period.

Speaking right after the personnel restructuring, Chairwoman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang affirmed that the collective leadership of the Ward People's Committee will quickly deploy the plan to implement the resolution, improve operational efficiency, strengthen administrative reform, promote the role of the staff, ensure each task is implemented synchronously and resolutely, towards serving the people better.

In his closing speech, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Nguyen The Thach acknowledged the serious working spirit, responsibility and intelligence of the Ward People's Council delegates; highly appreciated the meticulous and scientific preparation of the Ward People's Committee and specialized units for each report, submission and draft resolution.

"This meeting is of special importance as Phuc Loi ward is continuing to perfect the two-level local government model, the requirements for state management are increasingly high, requiring more initiative, flexibility and efficiency in each task," Comrade Nguyen The Thach emphasized.

Comrade Nguyen The Thach also affirmed that the 07 resolutions passed are important decisions, accurately reflecting the development requirements of the ward in 2026. This is the legal basis for the Ward People's Committee to organize the implementation of key groups of tasks, from socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, improving urban quality, promoting administrative reform, to enhancing social security and improving people's living standards.

In order for the resolution to truly come into life, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council requested the Ward People's Committee to develop a detailed plan, clearly assigning people, tasks, and progress; promote the application of information technology in management; proactively remove difficulties, and promptly propose solutions to superiors.

The Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees and the People's Council delegates shall promote their supervisory role and accompany the Ward People's Committee in the process of implementing tasks. The Ward Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations shall strengthen propaganda to create unity in people's awareness and action.
