This is a meaningful and practical project that was built and inaugurated on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Armed Forces of Military Region 7 (December 10, 1945 / December 10, 2025); the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 / December 22, 2025), and the 36th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 / December 22, 2025). Especially, it is to help parishioners prepare to welcome another warm and peaceful Christmas season in 2025.

Colonel Bui Van Sy, Deputy Political Commissar of Dong Nai Provincial Military Command, said: In recent times, in order to concretize the policy of "Strengthening friendly ties, supporting and helping ethnic and religious compatriots" of the Party Committee and the Military Region 7 Command, Dong Nai Provincial Armed Forces have actively accompanied local Party Committees and authorities to take care of the spiritual life of parishioners. The outdoor sports facility at Tan Hiep Parish, inaugurated this time, has a profound humanitarian meaning, expressing the affection of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces, along with the Party Committee and authorities of Tan Khai Commune, towards the people of Tan Hiep Parish.

The project is a place for exchange and organization of physical and sports activities. When put into operation, it will contribute to improving the spiritual life and health of parishioners as well as local people. Moreover, this is also a symbol affirming the solidarity, closeness and intimacy between the armed forces and Tan Hiep Parish as well as religious establishments in the province, demonstrating the attention of all levels and sectors to care for and improve the lives of people in the religious community, contributing to strengthening the "people's hearts" increasingly firmly.

It is known that the project has a construction area of ​​about 300m2 , including the following items: Making the ground and foundation; installing outdoor sports and exercise equipment, lighting systems and nets for soccer and volleyball fields... with a budget of 250 million VND supported by the Military Region 7 Command.
