Moc Chau National Tourist Area was honored for the third time as the World's Leading Natural Destination in the region.

The World Travel Awards (WTA) 2025 ceremony took place on the evening of December 6th at the Bahrain World Exhibition Centre, Kingdom of Bahrain. Vietnam's tourism sector made a significant mark, being recognized in 16 top-tier global categories, including Moc Chau National Tourist Area in Son La province.

At this year's ceremony, Moc Chau National Tourist Area was named in the category of World's Leading Regional Natural Destination in 2025. This is the third time Moc Chau National Tourist Area has received this prestigious award (the previous two times were in 2022 and 2023).

Previously, at the World Travel Awards Asia and Oceania 2025 ceremony held in Hong Kong (China), Moc Chau National Tourist Area was honored for the 4th time in the category "Asia's Leading Natural Destination 2025".

The World Travel Awards is a prestigious and globally recognized award, known as the “Oscars of the Travel Industry”. The award is held annually to honor outstanding destinations and quality tourism service providers.

Moc Chau National Tourist Area was honored as the World's Leading Natural Destination in 2025, continuing to affirm the position and attractiveness of Moc Chau tourism, while demonstrating the international community's recognition of the locality's sustainable development efforts. This is also the driving force for Moc Chau National Tourist Area to continue investing, promoting, and improving service quality, worthy of the National Tourist Area.
