HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. has agreed to increase the basic salary of its employees by 10% in 2026.

The Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union and the leadership of HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to increase the basic salary for employees in 2026.

Accordingly, HVS has agreed that from January 1, 2026, the basic salary of employees will increase by 10% per person; the performance bonus will be 25 million VND per person (an increase of 1.5 million VND compared to the previous year) and will be paid in two installments: 10 million VND on December 11, 2025, and the remaining 15 million VND during the Lunar New Year bonus in 2026.

Most employees expressed enthusiasm for the agreement on salary and bonus increases for 2026. Mr. Le Van Toan, Deputy General Director and Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, said that this agreement not only contributes to improving the lives and incomes of employees but also demonstrates the spirit of companionship, listening, sharing, and understanding between the Trade Union and the enterprise. At the same time, it is an important foundation for HVS to continue maintaining stable production, improving product quality, and achieving sustainable development in the coming years. This is the result of the continued efforts of the Trade Union and the company over the past years to care for the lives and enhance the welfare of more than 3,300 union members and employees of the company.
