FUNDGO Cinema, a film investment fund, plans to invest $5-10 million in Vietnamese cinema.

DNO - On the morning of December 10th, the FUNDGO Cinema Investment Fund was officially launched in Da Nang. This event marks a significant step in the strategy of building an investment-production-distribution ecosystem for the Vietnamese film industry, aiming for sustainable development and professionalization of the Vietnamese film market.

FUNDGO Cinema is an investment fund under the FUNDGO ecosystem - Vietnam Innovation Fund. The Fund focuses on 5 key directions: Promoting the production of high-quality film projects; connecting financial and technological resources for the film industry; applying technology in project management and operation; developing young talents, incubating screenwriters, directors and creative teams and bringing Vietnamese films to the international market through global marketing and distribution strategies.

The fund plans to invest a total of $5-10 million USD in phase 1, along with a portfolio of potential commercial projects and a team of advisors and evaluators comprising many reputable experts.

At the launch event, FUNDGO Cinema introduced Vfilms, a film investment and distribution platform featuring online movie streaming, online film distribution, and investment opportunities for film and art projects.

In the context of the rapidly growing Vietnamese film industry, the need for a transparent, professional, and long-term funding source for film projects has become urgent.

FUNDGO Cinema was established with the goal of creating a systematic investment model, connecting financial, technological and professional resources, thereby promoting the sustainable development of Vietnam's cultural industry; creating a sustainable creative environment for young talents, supporting the formation of the next generation of filmmakers...
