Hanoi: Proposal to award State-level commendations to one collective and one individual for their implementation of Project 06.

The Hanoi City Emulation and Rewards Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 768/BTĐ-NV1 (dated December 9, 2025) on posting information for cases of State-level reward proposals.

The official document states: The City's Emulation and Commendation Board is currently carrying out the process of reviewing and submitting to the Prime Minister, who will then present to the President, the awarding of the "Labor Medal" Third Class to one collective and one individual for outstanding achievements in implementing Decision No. 06/QD-TTg dated January 6, 2022, of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Development of data applications on population, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030" (hereinafter referred to as Project 06) for the period 2020-2025, specifically:

Collective: Department of Science and Technology of Hanoi city.

Individual: Mr. Cu Ngoc Trang, Director of the Hanoi City Public Administrative Service Center.

Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022; Clause 2, Article 44 of Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025 of the Government, the City Emulation and Commendation Committee posts information to collect public opinions on the above-mentioned collectives and individuals.

Feedback (if any) should be sent to the City's Emulation and Rewards Committee (address: No. 37, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City) within 10 working days from the date of posting information.
