Regarding proposals related to capital, credit, and scientific and technological training, the Prime Minister requested relevant agencies to study and develop policy mechanisms that are simple, accessible, and mutually beneficial to support farmers, especially in the context of climate change. Attention should be paid to developing digital cooperatives and digitizing raw material areas linked to e-commerce. Increased investment in building qualified quarantine centers is also necessary. Furthermore, continued efforts should be made to promote linkages and cooperation, forming sustainable value chains and fostering the development of the private sector in agriculture and rural areas.
