Specifically, in light of the increasingly complex situation of armed conflict on the border between Thailand and Cambodia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises Vietnamese citizens:
1. Citizens residing near the Thailand-Cambodia border area should proactively leave the conflict zone immediately to reach a safe location, ensuring the safety of themselves and their property.
2. Absolutely do not travel to or through areas experiencing conflict near the Thailand-Cambodia border.
3. Strictly comply with the regulations and guidelines on security and safety issued by the local authorities.
4. Stay updated and closely monitor the situation and warnings from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and maintain regular contact with Vietnamese representative offices in Thailand and Cambodia.
