On the morning of December 10th, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the 2025 Dialogue Conference with Farmers, themed "Applying Science and Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation in Farmers."
The Prime Minister called on all levels and sectors to implement the "three accompanying principles" to support farmers in applying science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation in agricultural production.
In addition, the Prime Minister has five important requests for farmers.
