Emulation bloc of Central units: Contributing more than 1.5 billion VND to social security in 2025

On December 9, the Emulation Bloc of Central units in Thai Nguyen province held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2025 and deploy tasks in 2026.

The emulation bloc of central units in the area includes the following units: Thai Nguyen Customs, Provincial Post Office , Social Insurance of Region X, Statistics, Tax of Thai Nguyen Province, State Treasury of Region VII, Center for Research and Development of Mountainous Livestock, Thai Nguyen Telecommunications, Northeast Geological Federation.

In 2025, the units in the Bloc actively responded to the emulation movements launched by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and basically completed the set goals and plans, contributing to improving the quality of operations and serving people and businesses, especially the movement "Thai Nguyen competes in breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation, period 2025-2030".

Many digital transformation models and solutions have been effectively implemented, specifically: Thai Nguyen Telecommunications promotes the application of technology in administration; Thai Nguyen Customs modernizes procedures; Social Insurance Region X and Provincial Post Office digitize business processes; Tax, State Treasury Region VII, Provincial Statistics and research units accelerate administrative reform, apply new technology...

Along with professional tasks, the Bloc has effectively implemented the movement "Thai Nguyen joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind", contributing over 1.5 billion VND, while effectively integrating movements to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, contributing to building a safe and stable working environment.

The conference also unanimously agreed to honor and nominate Thai Nguyen Customs as an outstanding unit leading the Bloc, proposed to receive the Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee; proposed Thai Nguyen Statistics and Provincial Telecommunications to receive Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In 2026, the Bloc aims to continue to innovate and be creative in performing its tasks, promote the application of digital technology, improve the effectiveness of administrative reform, link emulation with the political tasks of each unit and strengthen social security activities. The conference unanimously elected the Northeast Geological Federation as Head of the emulation bloc in 2026.
