On December 10, 2025, in Hanoi, VinCons Construction Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (a member of Vingroup) announced the recruitment of 100,000 construction workers for major projects nationwide. This is the largest recruitment drive to date, marking VinCons' transformation into a professional construction enterprise, offering opportunities for breakthrough development and projects of international scale.

To realize its plan to develop smart cities, large-scale industrial projects, and multi-billion dollar commercial and service complexes nationwide, VinCons is launching its largest recruitment drive ever.

The recruitment scale is up to 100,000.   Workers belong to various occupational groups: construction - plastering - tiling - painting - rebar - concrete - drywall - electrical - water supply and drainage - fire protection - air conditioning - welding, etc. Work locations are spread from North to South, including Hanoi , Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Ha Tinh, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, and others.
