To implement the model of planting and renovating orange trees in Phuc Khanh commune in 2025, the Provincial Horticultural and Farming Association provided 2,500 V2 orange seedlings to 15 households participating in planting new trees on an area of 5 hectares; at the same time, it supported 5.5 tons of fertilizer for 15 households planting new trees and 71 households renovating approximately 25 hectares of existing orange orchards.

The model was implemented in the following villages: Na Phat, Na Khem, Tong Vuong, Dam Rung, Lang Nu, Tri Trong, Tri Ngoai, Dong Mong 1, Coc Khieng, Viet Hai…
In addition to providing seedlings and supplies, the program organizes technical training on: planting new trees, renovating old orange orchards, fertilization procedures, and pest and disease control to improve productivity and product quality.
Through training, households gain access to the necessary knowledge and techniques to effectively apply to production, contributing to increasing the survival rate of seedlings and improving the quality of existing orange orchards.

Currently, Phuc Khanh commune has over 60 hectares of orange orchards, with the V2 orange variety identified as the main crop, providing a stable source of income for the people.
Orange production has become an important economic development direction, helping many households increase their income.

This support in terms of seeds, fertilizers, and technical training is considered a practical solution, helping people expand their cultivated area, improve product quality, and create a foundation for Phuc Khanh to develop its fruit-growing region sustainably, contributing to the promotion of the rural economy.
