Closely coordinate with functional forces (Customs, Police, Coast Guard, Market Management, Forest Rangers) in exchanging information, implementing plans for patrolling, controlling, and blocking areas and routes for transporting smuggled goods; promptly detect, prevent, and eliminate points, gathering places, and suspected gathering of smuggled goods in border areas; closely inspect and monitor vehicles transporting goods from border gates and borders into the inland that are suspected of being involved in activities that take advantage of e-commerce and express delivery to violate the law.

On this occasion, authorized by the Ministry of National Defense and the Border Guard Command, the City Border Guard Command announced the decision to commend and award certificates of merit from the Minister of National Defense and the Border Guard Command to 1 group and 1 individual. The City Border Guard Command awarded certificates of merit to 3 groups and 8 individuals with outstanding achievements; and presented support gifts from the Border Guard Command to officers and soldiers affected by the recent floods.

On the same day, authorized by the Ministry of National Defense, the Border Guard Command, the Party Committee and the City Border Guard Command held a conference to announce and award decisions on regular salary increases, early salary increases and military rank promotions for 85 professional soldiers in 2025.
