In the Thuan An coastal area – which is being planned for the development of tourism and service projects, a coastal urban area, and commercial services – the Chairman of the City People's Committee, Nguyen Khac Toan, personally inspected the current situation and listened to reports from the relevant units.

According to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City, with its advantageous natural landscape, the developing coastal road, and the upcoming sea bridge, Thuan An is creating a tourism axis along the coast of Hue City. This will be an important driving force to promote the formation of coastal urban areas, contributing to the socio -economic development and tourism industry of the locality.

Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan requested that projects that have met the requirements should urgently complete the procedures for early implementation. For projects currently in the research and survey phase, relevant departments and localities need to coordinate closely with investors, promptly resolve difficulties, and ensure progress and adherence to development orientation.

During the implementation process, the city's leader requested that projects adhere to the goal of creating high-quality public spaces, prioritizing the development of parks and green areas, and creating scenic highlights to attract and retain tourists visiting Hue . Investment research must ensure a balance of interests between investors and the local community.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City emphasized that Hue is currently focusing on mobilizing resources to invest in the comprehensive development of socio-economic infrastructure, developing and upgrading the urban system according to the Urban Development Program until 2045, with a vision to 2065. The city is urging and accelerating the progress of key projects, while also focusing on allocating public spaces and green parks in beautiful locations to create more recreational areas for the people. Several key tourism projects will be prioritized for early promotion to create appeal, enhance experiences, and retain tourists.
