VietinBank's 2024 Annual Report, themed "Digital Transformation - Green Transformation," reflects two of its four main development pillars. Alongside its strong digital transformation journey, VietinBank has integrated sustainable development elements related to the environment, governance, and society. Thus, digital transformation and green transformation go hand in hand, becoming crucial drivers for VietinBank in the face of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the challenges society faces regarding the environment and sustainable development. The trend of "dual transformation - digital transformation" coupled with green transformation is increasingly evident in VietinBank's operations and products.

Subsequently, on December 5, 2025, VietinBank was honored to be named among the top 50 listed companies in Vietnam committed to improving corporate governance – VNCG50 – at the annual Corporate Governance Forum (AF8) organized by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Swiss Federal Department of Economic Affairs (SECO), and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC). This marks the second consecutive time VietinBank has been recognized with this award.
