At the ceremony, VietinBank donated an ambulance worth nearly VND1.1 billion to the hospital. This is a meaningful activity, contributing to increasing resources for emergency care and patient transportation in the province.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Duc Trinh, Director of VietinBank, said: The donation of ambulances to Thong Nhat General Hospital is part of the bank's social security program that has been persistently implemented for many years. In addition to supporting equipment, the bank also cooperated with the hospital to deploy cashless payment solutions to reduce the workload at the counter, shorten waiting time and improve the patient experience.

Director of Thong Nhat General Hospital Nguyen Tuong Quang sincerely thanked VietinBank for the timely support, affirming that the new ambulance will help the hospital be more proactive in transporting and rescuing patients, improving the chances of survival and recovery of patients.

Specialist II Doctor Nguyen Van Binh, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Health, highly appreciated the support of VietinBank to Dong Nai health sector in recent times. At the same time, he emphasized that the state budget resources are limited, so the health sector always appreciates the cooperation of businesses and social organizations to supplement means and equipment for medical examination and treatment facilities.

The Department of Health leader said: Thong Nhat General Hospital is the core unit in the province's emergency system, gradually completing the 115 emergency network, deploying a satellite emergency team model to reach patients faster. The donated ambulances will be a timely addition to the emergency force, as many of the hospital's vehicles are old.
