Lam Dong ensures communication for the event welcoming the 14th National Party Congress

Following the directive of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee in Official Letter No. 8744/UBND-XDCT dated December 8, 2025, the Department of Science and Technology requests that network operators organize testing and evaluation of mobile signal quality (3G, 4G, 5G) and internet in event areas.

Key locations include: the groundbreaking ceremony area for the Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project (in Da Huoai commune); the groundbreaking ceremony area for the HLI - Nam Ha 2 warehouse project; the inauguration ceremony area for the Dak Nong General Hospital upgrade project; and the inauguration ceremony area for the construction and operation of the Tan Duc industrial park infrastructure project.

Based on the measurement results, telecommunications units proactively developed technical plans, upgraded configurations, and increased capacity for base transceiver stations (BTS) directly serving the area where the ceremony was held.

This ensures that the network capacity can adequately meet the increased demand for services, absolutely preventing localized network congestion when large numbers of people gather.

Businesses were also asked to prepare mobile broadcasting vehicles to be ready at the event venues to provide additional capacity when needed.

In addition, network operators need to proactively contact and work with project investors to conduct on-site surveys, agree on equipment installation locations and cable routing plans, ensuring compliance with technical safety, fire prevention, and overall aesthetic requirements.

At the same time, we will closely coordinate with Lam Dong Newspaper and Radio and Television to prioritize the establishment of high-speed, stable transmission lines to serve news reporting, live broadcasting, and video conferencing at various locations…

These efforts aim to ensure that all communication activities serving the organization, direction, and information needs of delegates and press agencies run smoothly, contributing to the overall success of the important events of Lam Dong province celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party.
