Leaders of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Lam Vien Ward, Da Lat City, attended the ceremony to announce the decision.

The center is a public service unit directly under the People's Committee of Lam Vien Ward, Da Lat City, with legal personality, its own seal and bank account; ensuring the continuous, uninterrupted and professional provision of public services.
