Survey on citizen satisfaction in 22 communes and wards in Lam Dong province.

The Lam Dong Department of Internal Affairs announced that in December 2025, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will conduct a survey and assessment of the Citizen Satisfaction Index with the Services of State Administrative Agencies (SIPAS) in 22 communes, wards, and special zones in the province.

These 22 localities include Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat; Bac Gia Nghia ward; Phan Thiet ward; Mui Ne ward; Bao Loc ward 1; Phuoc Hoi ward; Dam Rong 4 commune; Ka Do commune; Duc Trong commune; Di Linh commune; Da Huoai 2 commune; Ta Dung commune; Nam Dong commune; Quang Phu commune; Cat Tien 3 commune; Quang Truc commune; Phan Ri Cua commune; Luong Son commune; Ham Thuan Bac commune; Tan Minh commune; Tanh Linh commune and Phu Quy special zone.

A total of 1,100 questionnaires were distributed in this area, with 50 families surveyed in each locality.

Instructing people to do administrative procedures, especially online procedures in ethnic minority areas of Cam Ly ward - Da Lat

Currently, the Department of Home Affairs is coordinating with localities to compile a list of households subject to survey and send it to the Ministry of Home Affairs for synthesis and survey implementation.

Particularly at the provincial level, from October 1, 2025, Lam Dong Department of Home Affairs has also deployed a survey on people's satisfaction with the service of state administrative agencies through QR codes posted at one-stop shops at all levels in the province.

Up to now, the province has received more than 40,000 survey forms sent by the people. The people's comments have been compiled and sent to relevant agencies and units for timely review and resolution according to regulations.
