Border guards in Khanh Hoa province returned lost property to a Russian tourist.

At approximately 12:00 PM on December 9th, while on duty guarding the headquarters of the Border Guard Command of Khanh Hoa province, soldier Phan Tan Dat found a wallet in front of the unit's gate.

Upon discovery, soldier Phan Tấn Đạt immediately reported and handed the wallet over to Senior Lieutenant Rah Lan Kiệt, Assistant Intelligence Officer of the Internal Affairs Department, who was on duty that day. After receiving it, Senior Lieutenant Kiệt quickly reported to his unit commander. Upon inspection, the wallet contained many important documents, including an identity card and bank cards, all bearing the name Mikhail VladisLavovich (born in 1993, Russian nationality). Subsequently, the unit promptly coordinated with the local police to verify the information; and simultaneously announced a search for the owner through various information channels and social media to return the wallet to its rightful owner.

On the morning of December 11th, Mr. Mikhail VladisLavovich contacted and visited the Provincial Border Guard Command to retrieve all his lost belongings. There, Mr. Mikhail VladisLavovich expressed his joy and gratitude to the officers and soldiers of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard for their commendable actions, sense of responsibility, and dedicated assistance to international tourists.
