Changes to the hotline number for assistance in obtaining criminal record certificates.

The Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department has just issued Official Document No. 6645 announcing the change of the hotline number for supporting and answering requests and questions from citizens related to state management of criminal records and the provision of public services for issuing criminal record certificates.

According to the official document, based on Notice No. 2521 dated November 26, 2025, from the Department of Professional Records - Ministry of Public Security , the old hotline number 069.234.0294 has ceased operation. The new hotline number is 069.229.6013, aiming to ensure timely support for citizens in resolving administrative procedures. The Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Department requests relevant units to coordinate in widely publicizing the new hotline number. This information should be posted in administrative procedure reception areas, on the website, and in mass media so that people can easily access it. The change aims to improve support efficiency, make it more convenient for citizens to contact the police, and contribute to improving the quality of public services.
