The meeting was attended by departments, agencies, the Southern Power Corporation, Lam Dong Power Company, and was connected online with localities where related projects are located.
According to a report from the Department of Finance, the Southern Power Corporation has proposed five projects in Lam Dong province. Upon review, some projects are facing planning obstacles related to land use, construction, urban development, or the planning of national mineral reserve areas (titanium).

All five projects are being implemented in the coastal area (formerly Binh Thuan province ). Of these, four projects have been approved by the Provincial People's Council as projects subject to state land acquisition, in accordance with the old district-level land use plan.
However, a very small portion of these projects are not entirely (or partially) consistent with other planning regulations. Therefore, the Department of Finance does not yet have a basis to submit these projects to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of investment policies as required.

At the meeting, leaders of the Southern Power Corporation and Lam Dong Power Company provided feedback regarding these five projects. Currently, the projects cannot be implemented because they are awaiting updates and adjustments to the commune-level (or urban) planning.
Representatives from the electricity sector earnestly hope that the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee will pay attention to and resolve the difficulties and obstacles encountered during the project implementation.
The electricity sector hopes to expedite the implementation of projects, meet industry deadlines, maximize investment efficiency, and contribute to the overall development of the locality and region.

Departments, agencies, and localities have submitted detailed reports on the obstacles encountered in power grid projects. All opinions expressed strong agreement and consensus on the implementation of these projects.
The difficulties and obstacles facing the projects can all be overcome to ensure their early implementation and achievement of investment goals.

According to the Standing Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, Le Trong Yen, this morning the National Assembly passed a Resolution stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the Land Law. This Resolution paves the way for projects and protects the rights of the people, and will take effect from January 1, 2026.
Comrade Le Trong Yen requested that departments, agencies, and localities quickly grasp the content of the Resolution and update it into their sectoral and local planning. Lam Dong's goal is to quickly put the resolution into practice, creating favorable conditions for projects to be implemented smoothly.

Comrade Le Trong Yen commented that power grid projects are of significant importance, serving the public good. While obstacles exist in these projects, they are not major and can all be resolved.
The Provincial People's Committee has assigned relevant departments and agencies, depending on their functions and responsibilities, to coordinate with the electricity sector to resolve difficulties and create favorable conditions for the projects to be implemented promptly in accordance with regulations.
Lam Dong province aims for these power grid projects to be implemented soon, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province and, in particular, serving the needs of the people.
