"Lucky Receipt" Selection Program for Quarter I and II/2025 - Cao Bang Online Newspaper

On the afternoon of December 11th, the Provincial Tax Department organized the "Lucky Invoice" selection program for the first and second quarters of 2025. Attending the event were Mr. Vu Dinh Quang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Chairman of the Supervisory Council; and other members of the Supervisory Council.

The program was implemented based on a database of electronic invoices issued in the first and second quarters, totaling 38,003 invoices, of which 8,827 invoices were eligible to participate in the "Lucky Invoice" prize draw program.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Dinh Quang pressed the button to select the lucky invoice on the "Lucky Invoice" software.

As a result, there were 42 prizes awarded, including 2 first prizes (each worth 5 million VND), 6 second prizes (each worth 3 million VND), 10 third prizes (each worth 2 million VND), and 24 consolation prizes (each worth 500,000 VND). The first prize for Q1/2025 went to customer Nguyen Thi Nham, tax code 4800886627, invoice date 6/2/2025; the first prize for Q2/2025 went to customer Chu Thi Le Huong, tax code 4800168182, invoice date 31/5/2025.

All winning invoices are electronic invoices with tax authority codes and purchased by individuals or household businesses. The selection of "Lucky Invoices" for prizes is completely objective, open, and transparent, under the close supervision of the Program Monitoring Council. The selection is random from all eligible electronic invoices with tax authority codes, directly managed by the Provincial and Local Tax Departments on the centralized electronic invoice system of the Tax Department in the province, issued each quarter.

The winning invoice numbers are publicly announced on the Provincial Tax Portal and in the mass media, and prizes are awarded to winners according to regulations. The program aims to encourage shoppers to get invoices when purchasing goods and services, while also fulfilling their responsibility and obligation to comply with tax laws and use electronic invoices with tax authority codes.
