Payment of compensation for land clearance for the Con Nhat Industrial Cluster project.

On the morning of December 11th, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh commune, in coordination with the Land Development Center No. 2 of Hung Yen province and the investor, organized the payment of compensation and support for land clearance in phase 1 of the Con Nhat Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Construction and Business Project.

The compensation payment process is carried out publicly and transparently by the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

The Con Nhat Industrial Cluster, covering nearly 70 hectares in Binh Dinh commune, has a phase 1 project involving the acquisition of 15 hectares of land in Duc Chinh, Trung Kien, and Son Tho villages. To expedite the project's implementation, the industrial cluster infrastructure investor and local authorities have intensified their efforts in public awareness campaigns, achieving strong support from the local population. After completing land surveying, compensation assessment, and agreement on compensation plans, with the assistance of relevant agencies, all 119 households whose land was subject to clearance in phase 1 of the project received compensation and support for land clearance totaling over 45.2 billion VND. The payment process was conducted openly and transparently in accordance with the law.

It is expected that in December 2025, investors will begin infrastructure construction, promote investment attraction, and focus on land clearance for phases 2 and 3 of the project. The goal is to have phase 1 of the industrial cluster operational by the first quarter of 2026, and the entire Con Nhat industrial cluster operational by early 2027.
