The Yen Dung Clean Vegetable Cooperative was established in 2016 and has since expanded its production scale to 60 hectares with 4 farms and 15 hectares of high-tech greenhouses growing platinum melons, Korean honeydew melons, queen melons, baby cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, etc. Currently, the cooperative has 60 vegetable and fruit products, many of which are produced according to VietGAP standards. Each production area is marked with signs and labels for identification of each plot and lot; when using pesticides, there are warnings to monitor and ensure the required waiting period before harvesting the products.
Thanks to building the "Yen Dung Clean Vegetables" brand, the Cooperative has become a supplier to major supermarkets such as Winmart, GO!, Co.opmart, Sendo, Aeon Vietnam, etc., creating jobs for about 100 local workers, with an average income of 9-20 million VND/person/month. Since 2022, the Cooperative has invested in developing smart agriculture linked with experiential tourism, investing in additional facilities such as rest areas and dining areas to serve the needs of tourists from inside and outside the province.

The Viet Ket Medicinal Herb Cooperative was established in 2023 with 10 members. Over the years, the Cooperative has leased land, organized medicinal herb cultivation areas, and created many jobs for local workers. Simultaneously, it has built processing and packaging workshops, invested in cold drying systems, grinding machines, packaging machines, industrial presses, and soap production lines…
To date, the cooperative has 7 products recognized as 4-star OCOP products. The cooperative aims to build the "Viet Ket Medicinal Herbs" brand into a strong brand at the regional and national levels, expand the area of raw material production, and upgrade the OCOP product ranking.

The Quynh Boi Bronze Casting Cooperative was established in 2023 with 9 members. Its main production activities include religious artifacts (bronze incense burners, bells, statues, etc.); bronze paintings and decorative reliefs; and bronze art gifts. Over the past period, the Cooperative has played a key role in connecting households engaged in the craft, standardizing processes, creating a common brand, and expanding the market for bronze art, household goods, and souvenirs.
During the meeting, the cooperatives presented several difficulties and made recommendations to the province, the Provincial Cooperative Union, and local authorities to provide favorable conditions regarding production space to meet expansion and development needs; support cooperatives in accessing preferential capital sources to invest in machinery, equipment, and infrastructure; support labor training, especially for highly skilled workers; create conditions for cooperatives to participate in trade promotion programs, the OCOP program, and promote tourism in craft villages; build collective trademarks and protect trademarks for products; organize training programs on digital skills and operating online stores on e-commerce platforms, etc.
Speaking at the places he visited, Comrade Ngo Tan Phuong praised the achievements of the cooperatives in production and business activities, creating jobs and income for members and workers. He suggested that the cooperatives should promote the application of science and technology, digital transformation, and organize production and product consumption activities for farmers effectively. He also urged them to continuously innovate, improve the quality of agricultural products and processed products, and research and create souvenirs from traditional crafts associated with the cultural characteristics of Bac Ninh.
The comrade requested the Provincial Cooperative Union to take the lead in coordinating with relevant departments and agencies to review and understand the recommendations of cooperatives; to compile and advise the province on timely solutions to address the issues. At the same time, they should research mechanisms to encourage the transformation of cooperative models into enterprises, connecting cooperatives with each other and with enterprises to improve production and consumption capacity...
