(Dong Nai) - On December 11th, according to the Provincial People's Committee, in order to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party, along with the rest of the country, Dong Nai province has registered projects that will be started, commenced, and opened for technical traffic on December 19th, 2025.

Accordingly, Dong Nai province registered to organize the groundbreaking, commencement, and technical opening of seven projects. Among them, Component Project 3 of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, the section passing through the province, is the project registered to hold a technical opening ceremony.

Three social housing projects have registered to hold groundbreaking ceremonies: the Social Housing Project in Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province, with a land area of ​​0.64 hectares, constructing one apartment block with 520 units; the Social Housing Project in the residential area adjacent to Dong Xoai Industrial Park I, Dong Xoai Ward, Dong Nai Province, with 282 low-rise social housing units; and the Low-Income Housing Project, Lot CC-02, part of the DETACO Nhon Trach Apartment Complex Project (blocks A1, A3, A5, A10), Phuoc An Commune, Dong Nai Province, with 560 social housing units.

Three industrial park projects have been registered for commencement: the Long Duc 3 Industrial Park project in Long Thanh and Binh An communes, Dong Nai province, covering an area of ​​over 244 hectares; the Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park project (phase 1) in Long Phuoc and Phuoc Thai communes, Dong Nai province, with a scale of 1,000 hectares; and the Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park project (phase 1) in Xuan Que commune, Dong Nai province, with an area of ​​1,000 hectares.

The preliminary total investment for the 7 projects and works that Dong Nai province has registered to commence, start, and open for technical traffic on this occasion is nearly 26 trillion VND.
