The conference reviewed, evaluated, and ranked the collective leadership of the Provincial People's Committee and provided comments on the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; evaluated and ranked the quality of agencies, organizations, and units; evaluated and ranked the quality of collective leadership and management of agencies, organizations, and units under the Provincial People's Committee and collective leadership of commune-level People's Committees; and evaluated and ranked the quality of individuals under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for evaluation in 2025.

Departments, agencies, and public service units under the Provincial People's Committee, as well as individuals, have clearly and fully understood the evaluation of leadership and management positions under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, in accordance with the law. The implementation of the evaluation process at agencies and units, and the completion of evaluation and ranking request dossiers, have ensured compliance with the required content and timeframe. Each individual, during the self-evaluation process, has frankly pointed out their own shortcomings and strengths, demonstrating a high degree of willingness to learn.
