The event, organized by Bac Lieu Military-Civilian Hospital in coordination with the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation in Ca Mau province and Can Tho Hematology and Blood Transfusion Hospital, aims to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Armed Forces of the Military Region (December 10, 1945 - December 10, 2025), the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2025), and the 36th anniversary of the National Defense Day.

Despite unfavorable weather conditions, the program still attracted a large number of local residents and personnel, with over 250 officials and employees from hospitals and units such as the Provincial Police, banks, and the Bac Lieu Ward Youth Union participating.

Many officers and staff members of Bac Lieu Military and Civilian Hospital participated in blood donation.

As a result, Can Tho Hematology and Blood Transfusion Hospital received 213 units of blood.

Every drop of donated blood carries profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating a sense of responsibility towards the community and making a crucial contribution to the blood reserve for emergency care and treatment of patients.
