The program's implementation costs are mobilized by female cadres and members from benefactors. This is one of the activities under the "Kitchen of Love" model, established by the Women's Union of Hong Dan commune in early December 2025. The model operates regularly twice a month; each time cooking and giving away at least 250 free meals, including rice, porridge or vermicelli, to patients in difficult circumstances.

Ms. Thi Kim Tai (Ta Ben hamlet, Hong Dan commune) whose husband has been ill for many years and is often hospitalized, shared: "My family's income mainly comes from working for hire, so free meals like this have helped me reduce the burden of living expenses during treatment."

The activities of the Women's Union of Hong Dan commune not only provide nutritious meals, but also encourage the spirit of the patients.

The operation of the “Kitchen of Love” model not only provides nutritious meals but also provides spiritual encouragement, helping patients gain more confidence and determination to fight the disease, spreading love in the community.
