The event is part of a series of activities to celebrate the traditional day , contributing to arousing students' pride and sense of responsibility for their homeland's history.

After two days of competition, the teams brought many presentations that were seriously and creatively invested, expressed through presentations combining images, dramatization and historical storytelling. The content not only introduced books but also conveyed profound messages about the Hon Khoai uprising, the resilient struggles of the Ca Mau army and people and heroic examples. As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 10 Encouragement prizes, 3 Third prizes, 2 Second prizes and 1 First prize. Accordingly, Gia Rai High School won First prize, marking its mark with a book introduction combined with an emotional and profound stage performance.

Also in the program, the Organizing Committee awarded the prize for the "Reading to Weave Dreams of Ca Mau 2025" Contest organized by the Vietnam Book and Action Project (BNA Vietnam) in collaboration with Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) for the first time in Ca Mau. With the theme "Journey to Preserve Vietnamese Soul", the contest attracted a large number of students to participate with many creative videos that spread strongly on social networks with thousands of views and interactions. U Minh High School won the Championship; the runner-up was Dien Hai High School.

Mr. Tran Nguyen Dang Khoa, Member of the Standing Committee of the PVCFC Youth Union, emphasized: “PVCFC believes that knowledge is the most enduring seed that nurtures the dreams of the young generation. When accompanying the Department of Education and Training in this contest, we hope to bring students a meaningful playground where they can express their thinking, courage and love for books. What they have shown has proven that reading culture has not faded away, but is being aroused more strongly than ever.”

The award ceremony ended in an exciting atmosphere, marking an important step forward in building and developing a reading culture in Ca Mau, contributing to nurturing dreams, shaping personality and enriching knowledge for the young generation.
