Within the framework of the activity, doctors and nurses examined, provided medicine and free health consultation to 500 people in difficult circumstances; at the same time, provided preventive treatment for oral diseases to 500 students. The program also presented 100 health insurance cards, 500 gifts to policy families, and started construction of a rural bridge sponsored by Thong Nhat Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City Central Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology and Vietcombank Tan Binh Branch. The total cost of implementation is about 500 million VND.

Through screening, the medical staff discovered many cases of high blood pressure, diabetes, and dyslipidemia but had never had regular health check-ups. Cases with high blood sugar were advised to perform additional HbA1c and blood lipid tests and receive intensive monitoring at Thong Nhat Hospital . Those with signs of chest pain and difficulty breathing were given an electrocardiogram and were advised to see a cardiologist when needed. In the elderly group, spinal degeneration, joint pain, and reduced mobility appeared at a high rate; doctors instructed appropriate exercises and adjusted their lifestyle.
