Hong Dan commune provides support to households affected by fire.

On December 5th, a fire broke out in Hong Dan commune, destroying a house belonging to a local family. Local leaders promptly visited the family to offer support and assistance in overcoming the consequences of the fire.

The fire occurred at the home of Ms. Nguyen Thi Em, in Ta Oc hamlet.

Around 11 a.m. on December 5th, while Mrs. Em was visiting her husband in the hospital, she was informed by neighbors that her house was on fire. Although her children and neighbors joined forces to put out the fire, they were unsuccessful. The house was completely destroyed by the flames.

According to Ms. Em, the fire was caused by her forgetting to turn off the oil lamp before leaving the house.

Upon receiving the information, on the afternoon of December 5th, Mr. Nguyen Nhan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hong Dan commune, promptly visited, encouraged, and provided support to the family, while also directing relevant departments and organizations to focus on helping the family overcome the consequences.

It is known that Ms. Nguyen Thi Em's family is classified as a poor household. The leaders of Hong Dan commune said they will provide the family with 60 million VND to build a new house, helping them to stabilize their lives as soon as possible.
