Emulation and rewards have long been an important driving force for the development of the Culture, Sports and Tourism (CST) sector. In the context of the entire sector striving for innovation, digital transformation and improving the quality of service to the people, the patriotic emulation movement continues to affirm its strong influence, actively contributing to the successful completion of assigned political tasks.

The emulation movement has contributed to improving service quality, innovating the method of organizing activities, bringing culture - sports - tourism closer to people and tourists.
Emulation is not only a slogan but also a concrete action, demonstrated through the sense of responsibility, dedication and creativity of each cadre, civil servant, public employee and worker in the industry. From state management units, cultural, sports and tourism institutions to art centers, museums, relic sites, tourist areas, etc., the emulation movement has contributed to improving service quality, innovating the way of organizing activities, bringing culture - sports - tourism closer to people and tourists.
In order to strengthen the Party's leadership in emulation and reward work in the new situation, Directive No. 41-CT/TW dated December 26, 2024 of the Politburo has set out specific and practical requirements. The Directive emphasizes the innovation of content and methods of organizing emulation movements in an effective, creative and practical manner; ensuring that rewards are timely, fair, transparent, and directed towards direct workers. This is an important guideline to help the culture, sports and tourism sector continue to improve the quality of emulation movements, encouraging collectives and individuals to strive for more achievements.
Along with that, the whole industry has seen many examples and advanced models - groups and individuals with outstanding achievements in work, study and work. These could be trainers who are diligent in creating new training methods; cultural officers who strive to bring heritage closer to the public; tour guides who are dedicated to promoting the image of Vietnam; or groups who boldly apply technology and improve management processes to better serve the people. These examples are vivid proof of the spirit of patriotic emulation in the new era.

The results achieved in building and replicating advanced models have proven the correctness of emulation movements in the industry.
Many good models and effective initiatives have been widely deployed: the model of "innovating museum activities on digital platforms", "applying technology in smart tour guides", "building a grassroots cultural environment", "improving the quality of mass sports movements", or initiatives in management and administrative reform. The discovery, training and replication of exemplary models have created conditions for units to learn and apply them appropriately to practical conditions, thereby bringing about practical results.
The results achieved in building and replicating advanced models have proven the correctness of emulation movements in the industry. Many units have considered the discovery of new factors as a regular task, contributing to spreading and replicating good values, sense of responsibility and will to strive throughout the industry.
The propaganda work on emulation and rewards is also associated with major movements such as: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" , "The Culture, Sports and Tourism sector joins hands to build grassroots cultural life" , or "Emulation in innovation, digital transformation and learning on digital platforms" . These are movements with wide-reaching influence, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere towards major holidays and important events of the country.
In the coming time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will continue to promote the role of emulation and rewards as a strong source of motivation, contributing to building a team of cadres with courage, qualifications and dedication; promoting innovation; improving the quality of professional activities; and spreading the beautiful image of the industry in social life.
