Da Nang Port – Maintaining its position in the Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises (CSI) for 9 consecutive years.

This is a proud milestone, marking the ninth consecutive year that Da Nang Port has maintained this prestigious title, and also coincides with the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the CSI Program, chaired by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

The 2025 CSI program attracted applications from over 500 businesses nationwide, of various types and sizes. The organizing committee initially shortlisted and selected 147 applications for final evaluation. Notably, this year's program included over 20% first-time participants and approximately 30% listed companies on various stock exchanges in Vietnam – the largest number of listed companies ever in the program.

Furthermore, 2025 holds special significance, marking the 10th anniversary of the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI) program in Vietnam, implemented under the direction of the Government . Over a decade, CSI has become the most reliable benchmark for the "health" and reputation of the Vietnamese business community. In this context, Da Nang Port's consistent ranking in the Top 100 for nine consecutive years not only demonstrates strong financial capacity but also affirms a consistent and overarching development strategy: based on sustainable development, driven by technology, and centered on people.

As a crucial link in the Central Vietnam logistics chain and the East-West Economic Corridor, Da Nang Port has demonstrated that the development of a modern seaport must go hand in hand with environmental protection and social responsibility (ESG). This year's CSI award is largely due to the comprehensive digital transformation efforts. The strong implementation of the Electronic Port System (E-Port) and Smart Gate system not only saves customers time and costs but also significantly reduces carbon emissions in the port area by minimizing vehicle waiting times.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Song – Deputy General Director of Da Nang Port – shared immediately after receiving the award: “ Maintaining the title of Sustainable Enterprise for 9 consecutive years is proof that Da Nang Port does not pursue rapid growth. We develop based on a balance between economic efficiency, environmental protection, and ensuring the well-being of our employees. This is Da Nang Port's commitment to the community and future generations.”

The CSI 2025 index is considered more stringent, with many new criteria approaching international standards. Meeting all these criteria demonstrates that Da Nang Port's management system is operating professionally, transparently, and efficiently. With a rich history of 124 years of formation and development, coupled with innovative thinking, Da Nang Port is gradually realizing its goal of becoming the most modern and smart seaport in the region.

The title of Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises for the ninth consecutive year is a prestigious "passport" that helps Da Nang Port enhance its competitiveness and attract investment, continuing to make positive contributions to the socio-economic development of Da Nang city and the whole country.
