Da Nang Port – 9 consecutive years maintaining the position in Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises (CSI)

This is a proud milestone, marking the 9th consecutive year that Da Nang Port has maintained this noble title, and at the same time joining the atmosphere of celebrating the 10th anniversary of the CSI Program chaired by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

The CSI Program 2025 attracted more than 500 enterprises nationwide, from different types and sizes of enterprises to submit applications, through which the Organizing Committee has pre-screened and selected 147 applications for official evaluation. Notably, participating in the Program this year, more than 20% are enterprises participating for the first time, about 30% are enterprises listed on different stock exchanges in Vietnam - the largest number of listed enterprises ever in the Program.

In addition, 2025 is of special significance, marking the 10-year journey of the Program for Assessment and Announcement of Sustainable Enterprises in Vietnam (CSI) implemented under the direction of the Government . Over the past decade, CSI has become the most standard measure for the "health" and reputation of the Vietnamese business community. In that context, the fact that Da Nang Port has been in the Top 100 rankings for 9 consecutive years not only demonstrates strong financial capacity but also affirms a consistent and continuous development strategy: Taking sustainable development as the foundation, taking technology as the driving force and taking people as the center.

As an important link in the logistics chain of the Central region and the East-West Economic Corridor, Da Nang Port has proven that the development of a modern seaport must go hand in hand with environmental protection and social responsibility (ESG). The achievement of this year's CSI title has a great contribution from the comprehensive Digital Transformation process. The Electronic Port (E-Port) and Automatic Gate Delivery (Smart Gate) systems have been strongly deployed, not only helping customers save time and costs but also contributing to significantly reducing carbon emissions in the port area by reducing vehicle waiting time.

Mr. Nguyen Dang Song - Deputy General Director of Da Nang Port shared right after receiving the award: " Maintaining the title of Sustainable Enterprise for 9 consecutive years is proof that Da Nang Port does not pursue hot growth. We develop based on the balance between economic efficiency, protecting the ecological environment and ensuring social security for workers. This is Da Nang Port's commitment to the community and future generations."

The CSI 2025 index is assessed to be more stringent with many new criteria approaching international standards. Fully meeting these criteria shows that the management system of Da Nang Port is operating professionally, transparently and effectively. With a 124-year history of formation and development and innovative thinking, Da Nang Port is gradually realizing the goal of becoming the most modern and intelligent seaport in the region.

The title of Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises for the 9th consecutive year is a prestigious "passport", helping Da Nang Port improve its competitiveness and attract investment, continuing to make positive contributions to the socio-economic development of Da Nang city and the whole country.
