Quoc Oai Commune People's Council considered and resolved many important contents at the year-end meeting.

HNP - At the regular year-end meeting held on December 4, the People's Council of Quoc Oai commune, term I, 2021-2026, comprehensively assessed the results of implementing socio-economic development, national defense and security tasks in 2025; reviewed and resolved on directions and targets for 2026 and discussed and resolved on many important contents under its authority.

Speaking at the meeting, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Quoc Oai Commune Nguyen Truong Son said that 2025 is the year when the commune begins to operate the government model according to the new administrative unit. This is also the period when the locality synchronously deploys many tasks according to the requirements of the City in the conditions of high requirements for administrative reform, digital transformation and improving the quality of service to the people. With the leadership of the Party Committee, the drastic participation of the Commune People's Committee and the consensus of the people, Quoc Oai has recorded many positive changes in all fields.

The report of the People's Committee of Quoc Oai commune shows that the local economy in 2025 will maintain stable growth; agricultural production will continue to shift towards increasing value, increasing the proportion of concentrated livestock farming and expanding technology-based farming models.

Total budget revenue in the area in 2025 reached 430 billion VND, equivalent to 125% of the assigned estimate. Budget expenditure by December 31 is estimated at 428 billion VND, equal to 125% of the plan. Disbursement of public investment capital by November 30 reached 292 billion VND, equivalent to 87% of the plan; expected by January 31, 2026, it will reach 406 billion VND, completing 100% of the total capital plan.

This year’s session had a new point when it devoted time to discussing the topic of digital transformation. Delegates focused on assessing the implementation of online public services, digitizing records, and applying technology in land management and administrative operations. Many opinions suggested increasing investment in digital infrastructure, improving the capacity of staff, and expanding shared data connections.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Quoc Oai commune organized a session to explain administrative reform, focusing on the land sector - procedures that people often report. Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune Nguyen Truong Son directly discussed and clarified the remaining issues and requested specialized departments to continue to improve their responsibilities, tighten discipline and administrative order.

Based on democratic and frank discussions, the People's Council of Quoc Oai commune voted to pass resolutions on the 2026 socio-economic development plan, budget estimates and allocation plans, public investment plans, and specialized resolutions on organizational structure, payroll and administrative reform. Accordingly, in 2026, Quoc Oai commune will focus on key tasks: Maintaining economic growth momentum; promoting sustainable agricultural restructuring associated with digital transformation and OCOP product development; improving the quality of administrative reform, shortening the time to process procedures, increasing the rate of online records at levels 3 and 4; tightening land management, construction order and strictly implementing planning; developing culture and society, maintaining new rural criteria, ensuring social security and taking care of people's lives; completing essential public investment projects, prioritizing transportation, schools, irrigation, etc.

The agreed orientations will help Quoc Oai take firmer steps in the journey of building a harmoniously developed locality, serving the people better and better in the coming year.
