Per capita income completed the assigned plan; budget revenue is estimated to reach and exceed the estimate; budget expenditure meets the task requirements; disbursement of public investment capital is expected to complete the plan assigned by the City.

It is estimated that by the end of 2025, the commune will complete 13/13 targets assigned by the city, of which 4 targets will be exceeded, including: budget revenue reaching 294.3%; the rate of workers participating in voluntary social insurance reaching 100.6%; the rate of households recognized and maintaining the title of "Cultural Family" reaching 107.1%; the rate of villages and hamlets maintaining the title of "Cultural Village" reaching 145.2%.

In 2026, Phu Nghia aims to increase the total product value by over 11%; collect about 374 billion VND in local budget; have 4 newly recognized schools and 1 school re-recognized to national standards, raising the rate of public schools meeting standards to 84.47%. The commune also strives for 100% of households to have access to clean water; 95.5% of the population to participate in health insurance; 100% of household waste to be classified, collected and transported within the day.
