The total investment capital of the project is more than 28.3 billion VND, constructed by Truong Son Construction Corporation, Army Corps 12.

After 4 days of receiving the site, the construction unit has gathered materials and is currently working on the foundation; striving to complete the project 10 days ahead of schedule.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments and branches to ensure the supply of materials.
For the construction unit, he requested that it is necessary to promote the tradition and qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", focus human resources, materials, and means to construct and complete housing for people according to plan, ensuring that the houses are built solidly, durably, and beautifully.
