Accordingly, continuous investment in human resource development, building a competitive compensation system, and a cohesive corporate culture have helped SeABank lead the banking industry (medium-sized enterprise sector) and rank 61st out of 100 best workplaces (medium-sized enterprises) in Anphabe's annual Best Places To Work 2025 ranking – based on an independent survey of over 73,000 respondents at more than 650 businesses.
Simultaneously, with its pioneering role in promoting gender equality, building a fair working and business environment, and empowering female employees, female customers, and female business owners, SeABank is one of three Vietnamese representatives participating in the ESG Business Awards 2025 and the only financial and banking institution to win the Gender Equality & Women Empowerment Award in Vietnam.
The awards, organized by leading Asian financial magazines ESG Business and Asian Banking & Finance, honor pioneering businesses shaping a sustainable future based on criteria of innovation, efficiency, social impact, and practical applicability in the field of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Being honored with two prestigious awards, both domestically and internationally, not only affirms SeABank's position on its journey towards sustainable development, but also motivates the Bank to continue promoting humanitarian initiatives, improving the quality of the working environment, and implementing comprehensive financial solutions to create an equal and prosperous society.

Recognizing that people are at the core of development, SeABank builds a respectful, humane, and equitable working environment with a transparent human resource policy system, competitive compensation, and a clear development path based on standardized advice from its international human resource consulting partner, Mercer - Talentnet.
In particular, the Bank focuses on maximizing the capabilities of its employees and encouraging women to participate in management positions, achieving a gender balance at all management levels with 48% of managers being women; the percentage of women holding senior management roles (level 1) and members of the Board of Directors are 51% and 50% respectively.
Aiming to become a leading bank in organizational culture, SeABank's corporate culture is developed in a way that fosters cohesion and humanistic values. Diverse internal engagement programs are implemented, ranging from sports events and online mini-games to competitions for employees and their families, holiday gifts, and interactive activities on internal channels… creating a cohesive and unified team. Thanks to creating and maintaining an ideal working environment, the employee satisfaction rate at the bank reached 90.37%, and 90.5% intend to stay for at least the next two years.

This product has attracted over 21,000 customers and achieved outstanding loans of VND 1,087 billion by the end of 2024.
In parallel, SeABank offers many specialized financial solutions for women-owned businesses, such as: unsecured overdrafts up to VND 5 billion, unsecured Visa Corporate cards up to VND 200 million, and preferential credit policies to support quick and flexible access to capital. Notably, the SeAPower Women Entrepreneurs Club provides a comprehensive ecosystem of training, networking, digital transformation, and healthcare, contributing to a 140% increase in the number of women-owned customers at SeABank and a 115% increase in outstanding loans by the end of June 2025.
