More than 600 students are equipped with soft skills

On December 5, the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province organized soft skills training for more than 600 students of Bac Lieu Medical College and Bac Lieu Vocational College.

• More than 200 students visited and experienced practical training at Bac Lieu Vocational College
• Bac Lieu Medical College dialogues with new students
• 147 new graduates of Bac Lieu Vocational College received their diplomas

Soft skills training is considered an important activity to support students' comprehensive development in the context of digital transformation and deep integration.

More than 300 students of Bac Lieu Vocational College participated in a soft skills training session.

Dr. Ho Han Dan, senior lecturer at the Institute of Training and Human Resources Development, full-time lecturer at the University of Economics and Finance (UEF), is the reporter conveying the training content.

The training program aims to equip students with necessary skills to help them overcome challenges in study and life; develop communication skills, critical thinking, teamwork skills and time management; link training with practical needs of the labor market; and arouse the spirit of self-study, creativity and entrepreneurship.

Students enthusiastically interacted with lecturers and discussed issues of personal interest.

Dr. Ho Han Dan shared: "The training program will help students understand that soft skills are extremely necessary, as well as recognize their strengths and weaknesses to make a plan to improve every day"./.
