Businesses recruit more than 16,000 positions at Hai Phong Job Fair

With 16,000 job opportunities introduced, the first Job Fair organized by the Hai Phong Labor Federation attracted thousands of participants.

On the morning of December 6, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation held a conference to disseminate information on employment and skills in organizing collective activities for union members and workers. This is one of the important activities at the first Job Fair in 2025.

At the program, Vietnam Maritime University and Sao Do University informed about training majors, needs, scale, enrollment plan for 2026 and the schools' enrollment cooperation and career counseling programs.

Along with that, 7 businesses with booths participating in the festival include: LG Electronics Vietnam Hai Phong, Regina Miracle International Vietnam, Liteon Vietnam, Jasan Vietnam, May Tinh Loi, Brother Vietnam, Sumidenso Vietnam providing information on business scale, production and business situation, demand for recruiting a large number of workers and welfare policies for employees.

The booths attracted many workers to learn.

The festival was attended by 118 units and businesses in the city with a need to recruit more than 16,000 jobs. Thousands of workers, students, and retired soldiers directly visited the booths and learned about recruitment information of units and businesses. At the booths, people in need of jobs can register to apply and interview directly with business representatives to seek opportunities.

Within the framework of the program, workers are trained in skills to organize collective activities; participate in lucky draw program with many attractive gifts at recruitment booths.
