Nearly 120 businesses participate in the 2025 Job Consulting Festival in Hai Phong

The first Job Consulting Festival in 2025 took place at the Vietnam-Czech Friendship Labor Cultural Palace with more than 16,000 job positions for workers.

Welcoming the 1st Congress of Hai Phong City Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030 and the 14th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union, term 2026 - 2031, on the evening of December 5, at the Viet Tiep Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, Hai Phong City Labor Federation opened the 1st Job Consulting Festival in 2025.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrade Nguyen Xuan Hung, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor ; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, units, enterprises and a large number of city workers.

Held for the first time after the merger of provincial administrative units, the first Job Consulting Day in 2025 took place from December 5 to 7, attracting the participation of nearly 120 units and enterprises in the city, such as: LG Display Vietnam, LG Innotek Vietnam, LG Electronics, May Tinh Loi, Sumidenso, Jasan, Horn Vietnam, Maple, Amtran, Brother Vietnam, Heesung, Paishing, Sumida, Chillisin... with the need to recruit more than 16,000 job positions for freelance workers, students, students, and discharged soldiers.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the festival, Chairman of the City Labor Federation Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized that the festival aims to create an effective bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to job creation, promoting sustainable labor restructuring, and meeting the socio -economic development requirements of the city and the country.

Leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the City Labor Federation gave gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The event helps union members, workers, students, demobilized soldiers, and freelance workers access labor market information; creating a multi-dimensional connection space between management agencies, trade union organizations, and businesses.

Thereby, promoting the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying workers in employment, improving knowledge and professional skills, building high-quality human resources in the period of industrialization and modernization; propagating and mobilizing workers to believe in and desire to become union members.

In addition to job consulting and labor recruitment activities, union members and workers in the city also experience a variety of activities such as: Propaganda on social insurance, Trade Union Law; practicing skills in organizing collective activities for union members and workers; "New Age Workers" dance festival; participating in the "Red Drops of Love" Blood Donation Festival; health check-ups, screening for risk factors of cardiovascular disease, stroke and metabolic disease; free motorcycle oil changes...

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the City Labor Federation presented many gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
