The average number of visitors reaches over 100,000/month, of which the summer months from May to the end of August are the peak, always reaching over 134,000/month.

According to the leader of Hai Phong Railway Transport Branch, the Hoa Phuong Do train is increasingly loved and experienced by many people, tourists, especially families and groups of tourists; at the same time, many people use it to travel between Hanoi and Hai Phong city.

The railway industry and the city's Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism have also increased coordination and connection with tourism units and businesses to organize groups of tourists to visit and experience the Hoa Phuong Do train. On weekends, the VIP cars of the Hoa Phuong Do train are almost full.
