The secretaries of the branches reflected, expressed opinions and recommendations on practical issues such as: Vocational training, employment, start-ups; cultural and sports activities; building civilized urban areas, protecting the "bright - green - clean - beautiful" environment; applying digital transformation...

Secretary of the Youth Union of Residential Group No. 2 Tran Phu - Hoang Mai Nguyen Hong Hanh said that currently, the Youth Union of the ward has implemented the volunteer movement to build urban civilization very well and has been recognized and supported by the people. Typical examples are practical works and models such as: Turning garbage into children's playgrounds, building community playgrounds, children's playgrounds on public land plots in the ward.

In order for the youth movement to build urban civilization to be more profound and effective, the Youth Union hopes that this content will be developed into a specific program and project, and included in the coordination regulations between the Ward People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front for more effective implementation.

Secretary of the Youth Union of Residential Group 12-13 Thinh Liet - Hoang Mai Ha Duc Nam proposed that the Ward Youth Union build a separate project on environmental sanitation, eliminating black spots of household waste called "For a bright - green - clean - beautiful Hoang Mai".

In addition, some opinions suggested that the Ward People's Committee: Build free wifi hotspots; have funding to support community digital transformation teams; attract and create conditions to recruit this human resource to contribute to the ward's political system.

After listening, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai Ward Nguyen Le Hien expressed his respect, recognition and commendation for the straightforward spirit, daring to think and dare to propose of the young people in the dialogue conference and directly responded to the opinions and recommendations of the youth.

According to the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee, Hoang Mai is a large area with a large population, rapid urbanization with many infrastructure projects and new urban areas - creating both great opportunities and many challenges. Therefore, young people need to continue to practice, learn for life and equip themselves with "new skills": solid careers, digital skills, foreign languages, soft skills and labor discipline. Promoting the spirit of vanguard, volunteering and creativity, each young person must become the "nucleus" of building a civilized urban area, exemplary "digital citizens" and active "propagandists" about the law, healthy lifestyle and cultural behavior in cyberspace.

In particular, young people need to boldly commit to starting a business and establishing a career. Actively participating in building the Party, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations is also part of the responsibility of young people.

Along with the commitment to resolve issues under the authority of the Party Committee and the ward government, comrade Nguyen Le Hien requested the Ward Youth Union to fully synthesize the opinions and recommendations of young people, proactively advise the Party Committee and the Ward People's Committee on at least 2-3 key programs and models for the 2026-2030 period on: Career - employment; urban civilization - environment; digital transformation...
