
Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Yen So Ward Nguyen Thi Thuy said: In 2025, patriotic emulation movements have been concretized by the Unions at all levels, suitable to the actual situation of the locality, meeting the needs and aspirations of a large number of female union members.
Major movements and campaigns were deployed synchronously and effectively, typically: "Yen So Women: Loyal - Creative - Responsible - Elegant", "Women with beautiful behavior", the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean" associated with the campaign "All people protect national security", "All people unite to build a cultural life".
The model of "Turning trash into money - Collecting scrap to raise funds for charity" has spread widely in the community, attracting nearly 700 women in the branch and association to participate in sorting waste from each family, collecting scrap to sell for money to raise 8.8 million VND to support the "Godmother" program.
During the year, 98% of members registered and 94% of members met the standards of "Loyalty - Creativity - Responsibility - Elegance", through which many groups and individuals were recognized, honored and rewarded.

The Ward Women's Union has coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to provide credit loans to 122 female members from the Government 's preferential capital source, with the outstanding debt to date being more than 7.2 billion VND; organized 3 training conferences on policy credit loans and deployed to cadres and female members in the whole ward to actively participate in "Smart consumption without using cash".
In particular, the Association successfully organized the first Congress of Yen So Ward Women's Delegates for the 2025-2030 term and held a conference to study and disseminate the Congress's resolution to nearly 300 cadres and members; established a new Police Women's Association, admitted 30 new members, bringing the total number of members in the ward to 1,127, exceeding the target by 222%.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen So Ward Vu Tuan Dat suggested that in 2026, the Women's Union of Yen So Ward needs to develop a yearly program and plan, concretized by practical actions; effectively organize and implement patriotic emulation movements and campaigns, linking the movements with the practical life of women members, such as building civilized streets, protecting the environment, beautifying urban areas, ensuring security and order. The Union continues to take care of social security, social welfare, pay attention to people with meritorious services, disadvantaged women, the elderly, and children in difficult circumstances; and implement the motto "No one is left behind".
Along with that, the Ward Women's Union is interested in building a team of dedicated, responsible, exemplary Union officials with mass mobilization skills, good listening and approachability; boldly applying information technology and implementing digital transformation in Union work.
Appreciating and placing high expectations on the role of the Women's Union, comrade Vu Tuan Dat hopes that in the new year, the Women's Union of the ward will continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, innovation, creativity, and close adherence to reality, to truly become a center for gathering, uniting and promoting people's strength.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Yen So ward commended and rewarded 13 collectives and 45 individuals with outstanding achievements in women's work in 2025.
