TKG Teakwang Vina Joint Stock Company has 4 branches in and outside the province with more than 34 thousand employees. Currently, the company produces over 120 thousand products per day, the average income of employees reaches over 10 million VND/month. The grassroots union currently has 21 department unions and 3 member grassroots unions with 371 union groups.

Over the past 3 years, the company's Trade Union has always united and worked together to build diverse action programs, bringing many practical benefits to workers. In addition to activities to improve spiritual and material life, the Loving Arms program and the Golden Heart Fund have created a support for many workers in especially difficult circumstances, those with serious illnesses and their relatives. The Trade Union's Warm House construction program has donated 36 houses worth nearly 2 billion VND, helping many families settle down and stabilize their lives.

The emulation movements to promote production innovation initiatives have been actively participated by a large number of workers with over 1,000 initiatives each month, helping the company improve all aspects of production, bringing huge benefits in terms of finance as well as working conditions, making tens of billions of dong in profit every year. For many consecutive years, the grassroots Trade Union has received many certificates of merit, certificates of merit and emulation flags from the superior Trade Union and the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the congress, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation Bui Thi Bich Thuy assessed: The congress is a bright spot of Trade Union activities at enterprises with a large number of workers in the province. In particular, the Trade Union has promoted solidarity, maintained stable labor relations and the bond between business owners and workers.

In the new term, the Standing Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation suggested: The grassroots trade union should continue to promote the achieved results, especially closely following the congress resolution to complete the set goals, together with the labor collective to bring the enterprise to sustainable development.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 18 members; Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc was re-elected as Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of TKG Teakwang Vina Joint Stock Company.

At the congress, delegates participated in supporting people affected by storms and floods with an amount of 80 million VND.
