The delegation included representatives of the Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association of Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam - Cambodia Friendship Association of Ho Chi Minh City, representatives of the Consulate General of the Lao People's Democratic Republic in Ho Chi Minh City and families adopting Lao and Cambodian students in Ho Chi Minh City.
The program was named “Returning to the Land of Red Lotus”, aiming to educate revolutionary traditions, remembering the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the revolutionary cause of the three countries of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia in the struggle for national independence and building the country of each country. At the sacred space of the Mausoleum Relic Site, the delegation offered incense and flowers to commemorate Mr. Pho Bang, the person who gave birth to President Ho Chi Minh; and listened to an introduction about the life, personality and contributions of Mr. Pho Bang to the history of the Vietnamese nation.

Thereby helping international students feel more clearly the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the Vietnamese people, fostering solidarity and close attachment between the people of the three countries of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.
